3 Month Membership for Adults ages 18-65. Includes up to 5 classes a week, a uniform, and training guidebook. Family Discounts. Benefits include regaining lost range of motion, balance, strength, and endurance. Students will be so busy having fun learning effective self-defense skills that they'll hardly notice what a great workout they're getting.
